My family love steamed fish with a lots of Garlic, here is the recipe that I would like to share with you.
Ingredient
1 silver pomfret (750-800g)
Cleaned pickled radish (50g)Rinsed and minced
Chopped Garlic (50g)
1 Stalk spring onion,chopped
1 stalk coriander, chopped
Sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar or to taste
1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
1/8 tsp thick soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
125ml water
Direction
Clean fish and make 2 light diagonal cuts on each side. Place fish on heatproof plate and steam over high heat for 12-15 minutes. Remove the plate and pour away the liquid.
Heat 2 cups of oil in the wok and fry pickled radish and garlic until lightly golden brown and crispy. Dish out and drain from oil.
Combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over the fish and prinkle with the fried pickled radish and garlic. Garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander. Serve at once.
